Good news for the start of school in Turnau: Mayor Hofer visits Turnau first-graders

To mark the start of the 2024/25 school year, Mayor Stefan Hofer visited the first-graders at Turnau Elementary School today (September 11). In addition to small gifts for the first-graders, he also brought good news for Turnau's children and parents: Turnau's school starter fee will be doubled again this year, and for the first time, the municipality will fully fund the beginner's swimming course for Turnau children.

"Turnau is a progressive and modern community. This development is primarily built on our young community members. Therefore, we want to particularly support their development," said the mayor of Turnau.
