The non-profit housing and housing cooperative ENNSTAL is continuing its construction activities in Turnau and is launching three innovative housing projects, making a significant contribution to the further development of the community.

As part of the second construction phase of the residential complex, completed in 2019, four subsidized rental apartments with purchase options are being built. The modern apartments, ranging in size from 55 to 85 square meters, offer a sunny and central location. Building permits have already been granted, and construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2025. Interested parties can contact the Turnau Municipality or SG ENNSTAL for more information and register for the marketing launch.
Another forward-looking project is multigenerational living in Turnau. In collaboration with the market town of Turnau, a modern housing concept is being implemented that promotes intergenerational coexistence. The project includes apartments ranging in size from 33 to 70 square meters, as well as a common room and a community park. Funding from the special Living 4.0 program will create a vibrant neighborhood where people of different age groups can benefit from and support one another.

The third project is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Generations Living project: SG ENNSTAL is building a residential group for 12 people for Lebenshilfe Bruck-Kapfenberg. This will provide a safe and supportive environment for people with special needs and promote their social integration. In addition, three rental apartments of SG ENNSTAL with living areas of 52 and 74 m², respectively, will be integrated into this building, providing additional living space in the region.
