The local council invited everyone to a joint celebration at the Hanswirt Inn:

The market town of Turnau recently invited birthday and wedding anniversaries to a small celebration at the Aigner family's Hanswirt Inn. After a personal eulogy from Mayor Stefan Hofer, the guests enjoyed an entertaining afternoon. Franz Sommerauer and Fritz Neuherz provided the appropriate music, while Maria Schneider recited stories and poems of her own composition.

"Thanks to the solidarity and cooperation of the people of Turnau, our community is strong and successful. The anniversary celebrations are always a good opportunity to thank our older generation for their work for the benefit of our community and to spend an afternoon together with them," said Mayor Hofer.
